Good day all. I don't know if this is the right section for this. I would really like to pled for help concerning the issue of high bill charge. I live in a small blocks of flat in Festac. I get an average of 15k a month of electricity bill with total bill reaching 500k. September bill came in yesterday and I was billed 20k. I've mailed and struggled the get the prepaid meter for over a year to no avail. Please, can anyone give me a heads up on how to to about it. It's really frustrating me. I pay 5k Every month. But people I know who use prepaid use that amount for 3 months or more. Please, I really need help. Thank you. |

drizzle0007:Hmmmm! It is well. I used to be in that position b4. Since I got a prepaid metre things have improved. But on the matter of u saying u will use 5k for 3 months on prepaid metre, it's not sooo. The billing on prepaid metre has also increased overtime o! But personally I'll take prepaid over estimate billing anyday anytime. |

Let me share one very good side of the prepaid meter. U can decide to recharge it with any amount of money u have even as low as #200 unlike the estimated where they decide how much u must pay. |
