Goodmorning All, A friend of mine boarded a bus with a notable transport company and the bus had an accident. People died but she survived with a broken leg on the hip and femur. Surgeries was carried out on her. my Question is - Can the transport company be held liable/responsible for her medical bills incurred??........... Thank You All. |

I think those transport companies are mandated to have passanger insurance. I think I have seen that somewhere. |
