Blend 2 or 3 bitter kolas. Put in a jar and add pure honey to cover the paste well. Cover and leave in a cool place for 24 hours. Take a teaspoon of it and eat first thing in the morning and last thing before bed. You can blend some cloves of garlic with it, but not sure you'll like the taste.

Bitter kola is very medicinal. It's a good antibiotics herb and also addresses cough.

Too much of everything is not always good. Six bitter kola a day or at a go is too much. That is a lot of caffeine you are taking in.
