Seems like you are just waking up. Igbos already own over 70% of Eko Atlantic, go and look at the land/property registry. The first landlord at Eko even before the foundation was laid was an Igbo man. Refer to the below thread, you illiterate amala, ewedu, and gbegiri grubbing muguh.

It's great that Igbo business men are also investing in the south west, we're all nigerians. Although Eko Atlantic is actually owned by some nigerian-lebanese brothers linked to the abacha regime.

We actually welcome investors from Igboland and where around the world for progress and development of Lagos state and the SW.

Per igbo EA investors, it makes no difference where they are from, they are just investors like the next man or the US consulate and others and when you get your Biafra, you can not uproot it and take it to Biafra .

I don't even know why you are So happy that igbo people are dashing Lagos state and the SW money/IGR instead of Abia.

Some , if not most, of the land there is sold but structures on them yet to be fully built.

For example, as far back as 2019, US Lagos Consulate already acquired 5 hectares there and that's a smart real estate investment they may resell in part later and use the profit or proceed to build their physical structures.

There are buildings there as well like the iconic Black Pearl Tower buildings. Views of the Atlantic and ships waiting in line on the sea from the penthouse of the Black Pearl is breathtaking.

Global warming is going to cause progressive increments in the levels of all seas and oceans spanning this precious planet. A few feet of increased ocean depth might not seem to be capable of causing flooding or property damage in coastal areas, but this is in fact the case already. Very recently just this year 2021 in Miami Florida, a skyscraper residential apartment building crumbled and collapsed due to structural wall-cracks that had developed over several years due to the ocean's progressive weakening of the foundations upon which that city's abundant tall buildings are constructed.

That tragic collapse of that highrise condominium building in Florida is likely to be regarded in a few short years as the first of a series of such major structural failures that will play out over the coming years as the relentless Atlantic Ocean rises and ever so gradually liquefies the very soil on which the entire city of Miami, with all her glittering high-rise condominium towers, has been built. The upshot of this reference to the sinking of Miami in the face of global warming is to sound a note of warning that the new Eko Atlantic City currently under construction atop a foundation of dredged seabed sand may turn out to be as imperiled as Miami is now seen to be.

Without question, only the most seasoned civil engineers and sea-wall construction experts from The Netherlands were engaged by the Nigerian government to design structures that it is hoped will stand the test of time and prevail against the awesome raw might of a rising Atlantic Ocean. One can only hope that all those calculations, blueprints, and seawall construction projects result in an Eko Atlantic City capable of literally keeping its head above water, as the coming decades of sea-level rise roll by.

One of Tinubu vision

Where is Atiku vision, or Peter Obi, wike, Saraki, Kwankwaso, or any of the other light weights touted as better president

Abeg, help me ask them again bro. Ethno-religious bigotry has destroyed the minds and reasoning of most Nigerians.

If not, would it be sensible or logical for any Nigerian to mention the likes of Atiku, Obi, Saraki, Kwankwaso, Tambuwal etal alongside the great and accomplished name of Tinubu per the Presidency of Nigeria ?

Are you on drugs? You have the equivalent of what is shown below anywhere else in Nigeria especially your barren and hideously misruled SE where your Governors celebrate Chicken Republic and Dominos as evidence of leadership performance?

Superlative projects, not seen elsewhere, yapa for Lagos as a testimony to the State being one of the top destination of investment and cutting edge infrastructure projects in Africa.

Hatred, that leaves you Igbos unable to ever give credit where due, will be the ultimate undoing of you people.

The project below is from Mixta Africa. CEO Deji Alli. cool

Lol. You Igbos and d1ck comparisons. I live under Eko bridge. Happy?

Now, can you stick to the core argument and show anywhere in Nigeria where there is anything similar to the delivered project I highlighted?

You said and I quote "there is nothing exceptional between Lagos and any other city in Nigeria".

I have shown you one exceptional project in Lagos. Provide a match for it anywhere else in Nigeria, if you can, and prove your point.

Don't reply asking what car I drive abeg.
