My worry about your belief is that if truly election are being vigorously rigged, how come total recorded turnout on election day never exceeded 30% plus. I believe if they are rigging, they should up it to about 60%.

Take Lagos as example, it has never witness a recorded vote of a million (with rigging), out of over 5 million eligible voters.
