We literally blame Govt for everything but the citizens themselves have their portion of blames. These were the same roads constructed during Obj regime with big deep gutters enough to contain the free flow of floods.

First part of the road after electrical was converted to large dumping site.

The same gutters that could aid the free flow of water / floods were converted to dumping site. Just before the Obosi Link road, you see a company that diverted their water channel to the already blocked drainages

And this federal comptroller of works Mr Adeyemi have not been to Enugu Onitsha express road recently and see the 7th wonders of the world...as one lane of the express is can't be walked on foot and taken over by bushes

They're spending a trillion naira to build the already perfect Abuja to Kano road but will do a 3 day patch patch job at the Onitsha Owerri road. Thousands have died on this road but Buhari and Fashola don't care..

I come use my car do acrobatics on the fixed road under GEJ.
