If it were to be a sane clime, ENaira Payment Solution Ltd could make hell of money from the litigation. How did the company scale through registration with the name in the first place? I am not surprised at all, there is another entity called 'Nigeria Info'. This is what you get when you don't have right people managing affairs of the government. 41 Likes 1 Share |

Noise maker ... CAC will just delist the company using one default or another. It could be late filing of returns, tax fraud, anything. You as an individual cannot win the Frauderal Govt of Nigeria. 152 Likes 6 Shares |

This company can't win. CBN has statutory powers to manufacture naira. They just choose to do it electronically now, i.e eNaira. Law suit is dead on arrival 33 Likes |

googlepikins:Bitcoin is not issued by the CBN. They didn't 'ban Bitcoin', They stopped it from passing through the banking system because the naira was losing value to it. How you may ask. Well, crypto companies convert their profits to US dollars before repatriating. That was putting pressure on our scarce forex resources and further weakening an already weak currency. Also, Yahoo boys launder money through BTC and allowing it pass through the banking system is just making it easier. 11 Likes |

DrBiyums: Using your logic they can equally deactivate your regular account from Abuja as well... As for the topic, it's a shame that the government continues to act irresponsibly. One would think with the access they have easily found out about this possible infringement and sorted it out before floating the idea of the wallet in the first place... matter no suppose reach like this |
