Imagine a hostel....in that hostel there are diffent kninds of people tribes there....call it africa.....and in that hostel some rooms have brooms and some dont.and the hostel is f**king dirty......not imagined a foreign hostel helping you to clean your hostel.the foreign hostel cleans a part of that hostel and charges you a very high fee and adds more dirt after.....then they make diffenrt cleaning deals with different rooms..so as to prevent the africa hostel from realising that they can save money buy taking control and clean the house themselves.........

I will rather clean and upgrade my hostel than to go to anoda hostel to be treated like shit..
