Don't know the best way to put the subject into words, so let me create a scenario. As a Businessman/Contractor, you advertise your service to a prospective client, got him/her interested. Went for site inspection...blah,blah,blah...gave quotation/estimate/design. Got psyched up positive about getting the job. Later found out after days/weeks/months...blah,blah,blah...that the susposed client gave the job to another firm/businessman/contractor.
