Thing is, if you see that side of the Sharia law as being fair due to the circumstance around it, I'm sure you won't be comfortable with some other laws that governs the Sharia.

This western judicial system is better only if we could have a good government. Nothing is perfect in the world but at least people still get justice to a reasonable extent in saner climes.
