A president of Nigeria should not have said that he would treat agitators for restoration of Biafra with the language they understand.
That’s a threat with intent on committing genocide.
Twitter’s problem with Nigeria was centered on that threat made by PMB against agitators for restoration of Biafra in the east. IPOB and other separatist movements represent the agitators for restoration of Biafra.

Quite a large number of people - numbering millions - are involved in the agitation.
