Hello @all. I want to inform everyone that the "no downpaymnt" waiver has been removed. Reason is, we've had peeps who have abused the privilege. Some will tell u to ride on with the processing only to back out at the last minute. We've lost money in the course. So, henceforth there would be downpaymnt.
