i see no racist intention but incompetence from the police. anybody anywhere with no training would have done the same thing the police did. put into proper perspective (from the hind sight) , there is only 1 knife-wielding woman, and two trained policemen , meaning that the police have the capacity to subdue the woman, however, given the fact that the police had to make split second decision, and i would imagine that reflex rather than common sense took hold of the police

No history of insanity or addiction of any sort mentioned. Then the question should be "Why would she act so irrationally?" if you aren't a white behind kissing, self hating, inferiority complex ridden soul you should have asked that question first.

not with a knife you are thinking from a movie point of view here in UK once you wield a big knife a special team has to be called in, even with car chasing its either they just follow you at a distance while the helicopter takeover or highly trained chasing unit take over and if the chase is dangerous to the public they let you go
