As long as elections and governance in Nigeria is costly, the young people don't have any business there, except to do thuggery and media jobbing.

The Not too young to run bill reduced the age for House of Assembly aspiration to 25, but how many of our young people under the age of 35 can afford the cost?

So why were you all gallivanting for it. Did you not think it through

Under the PDP and APC, the nomination form cost between 500k and 1m. Then you go for the party primaries that involves delegates from all the wards of your constituency.

Form Your Own party and price it 10 kobo na

No matter your manifestos and ideologies, you need to pay those delegates, lodge them in hotels during the congress and sometimes you compel them to swear oaths of allegiance. That's before the general elections where you may spend as much as 50million naira in campaigns and consultations to godfathers, stakeholders and the voters.

How many young people can afford this type of politickings?
50 million your can donate 1 Naira
