Topic: the reward of being Godly

Text: psalms 1:1-4

1 Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, Nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.
2 But his delight is in the law of the LORD; And in his law doth he meditate day and night.
3 And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, That bringeth forth his fruit in his season; His leaf also shall not wither; And whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.

The bible was written by holy men who where Inspired by the holy spirit. This men are people who have gotten result with the help of God through the holy spirit.

It is ideal for us to follow the footprint of those who have gone ahead of us and run the race, achieve the result we so desire with God. Tonight the s
Psalmist is teaching us how to reap the reward of God and he said we should not seat with sinners, we should not be found in gatherings that are not of God. Our delight should be in the word of God.

The word of God is able to give you that which you seek if only you will find it and eat it. Your Victory and my victory is in the word. Your study life of the scripture should not be exchanged for anything else. Devise a way to study, invite the holy spirit to open up to your the hidden treasure in his words.
