The GS350 is spacious, though slightly less than the es350 but ever so slightly. The IS350 obviously shouldn't be mentioned if interior cabin space is a consideration.

The GS350 and IS350 are AWD and handle better than the ES350.

IS means sports and sports is not friendly at all. Imagine driving a sports car in traffic,u go buy fuel taya. Better buy ES and relax

The question was about speed and handling. The GS 350 with a more powerful engine (HP and Torque) will accelerate faster than the ES350.
When it comes to handling, fwd good, rear wheel drive better, awd best. The GS is awd. The es stands no chance.

Now when it comes to the Lexus nomenclature, the GS350 is higher than the ES350. It is a grand tourer. It combines sportiness, comfort and luxury. The es is just comfort and luxury.

Go through the Lexus lineup for more information. Assumptions can be misleading.
