nairavsdollars: Osewa and his team have a lot to do to change the now popular opinion everywhere now that another name for NAIRALAND is IPOBLAND. These very bitter human beings whose souls have been snatched by the devil and infused with so much darkness and hatred for anything good have taken over this your forum. I want the whole world to know that not all Igbos are like that. We are peaceful people but it is the evil ones who shout loudest on Nairaland and paint the picture that all Igbos are aggressive, evil and violent. Not true. They have made other tribes to hate Igbos so much. |

This is my sincere opinion too. Tinubu is wiser than many people think. I am pretty sure his joker is prof Osibanjo. It will be interesting to see what happens in 2023 especially with PDP seemingly too desperate to win the election hence wanting to field a northern candidate. |

SarkinYarki: Lagos has the largest seaport in Africa which operations kicks off Q1 2022. We have a Dubai like city in Eko Atlantic city from the horrors of the problematic bar beach. U.S. Govt recently released funds for construction of their embassy there same 80% of world's leading countries, the trade free zone which is in the neighbourhood of Dangote Refinery is almost completed with capital inflow greater than budget of all West African countries put together, Lagos today us the only oil producing state that is going to refine it's oil and not export it to other countries for refining. I am very careful in only pointing out things attributed to decisions of Tinubu between 99/07. I am not talking about roads or hospitals which are too numerous I want to increase your understanding of developmental project above mundane things. Those are things that defines a visionary leader. Tinubu isn't in same class as all the Govs in your region from 99-21(put together). I am not even talking about his tax revolution which has being the template for tax collection in almost all the states of the federation Let the Govs in your region declare parties for road construction, we have left that realm with Tinubu vision. Do you know that Lagos is the only subnational that has a rail project in Africa? From okoko to marina, it was conceived and started by Tinubu yet your Govs are celebrating borehole construction With myopic followers like you your Govs are safe, and your not rating Tinubu high isn't his fault it is your disjointed view of developmental understanding seeing that such isn't even conceivable in the hole you come from. No one can relate to anything beyond the level of intellectual capacity they process. Increase the size and scope of your understanding then afterwards come back and comment on a visionary like Tinubu In the meantime limit your comments to the nitwits you call Governors in the jungle you call a state Cheers 1 Like 1 Share |

bareal: Everyone who does not agree with you has to be a politician. Typical Nigerian mentality. Politics is not a precise science. Mistakes will always be made and lessons will always be learnt. When your children are starving, stay home doing nothing and blaming everything on the job you could not get last month instead of going all out to find a job you can get today to then use to feed them. |

SarkinYarki: So, we should not have elections or vote for any candidate until they are able to provide everything you listed? No sense as usual.. You people voted and revoted for kerosene and wheelbarrow people with zero achievements to their name, but you are ready to commit suicide over Lagos and even dictate to people who they should or not vote for? Your towns and villages are burning with blood of innocent people flowing everywhere, but Tinubu is your priority.. These ipobian losers sef.. |

OmoEpe: The stuff you put up there is post of the year. Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant!!!!!! Start to finish. Impossible to put it better. I can only add that the poster you respond to is, along with other dishonest Nigerian critics of BAT, merely a products of a Nation full of people so brainwashed by ethno-religious bigotry and bias to the extent they will blatantly see the colour white and call it black when both are polar opposite. It is not even funny, for pragmatically honest Nigerians, how administratively superior Tinubu isin comoarison to all and every single Governor Nigeria has produced from 1999 to date. The only Governor to come close to Tinubu is his annointed successor RaJ Fashola. Instructive some only know to shout "bullion Van" whereas, as one example of many, they feign total ignorance of Tinubu's Eko Atlantic project that is an architectural masterpiece destination for all the biggest business global players on earth. Literally, activities worth "bullion vans" (lol) worth of money will be conducted in the Eko Atlantic reclaimed land area daily, when fully up to speed, to the socio-economic glory of Lagos !!!! Why would the hateful Abia, Ebonyi, Bayelsa or Adamawa man not then find it expedient, out of ethnocentric envy and clannish idiocy, to attack Tinubu rather than hold their own leaders to account for not being able to do anything even remotely similar or debelomentally progressive given the resources at their disposal? Most Nigerians just don't realize how badly their thinking and reasoning has been damaged and compromised by the ethno-religious prejudice our nation has made an inextricable part of many of our country men and women. 1 Like 1 Share |

Where's this junk coming from? What move of Osinbajo are they talking about here? Who says who's making moves to succeed who? Has either Osinbajo or even Tinubu ever expressed or declared interest in the 2023 presidential race? Better be careful what you publish. |

orisa37: Stop your public display of gross ignorance. Buhari NEVER knew Osinbajo till the day Tinubu brought him physically to Abuja and presented him as his Christian candidate for the VP. He played the whole APC leadership by insisting on himself inspite of religion while he had already informed Osinbajo to proceed to Abuja and await him. He did that to outwit ameachi and saraki already tipping Ameachi for same position after raising the religion balancing card. Don't publicly comment on things you don't know about. That is the reason why till he was booted out from the Senate Saraki never forgave Tinubu and Osinbajo Buhari had ZERO INPUT in Osinbajo selection as VP. It was SORELY Tinubu decision which threw all of them off guard. Similar scenario is playing out but only the discerning can see it 1 Like |

OneTemplate: These guys are vexatious to one's spirit. The idiots are the largest patrons of Lagos Public Health facilities, all thanks to Tinubu revolution in healthcare yet they open their stinking mouth and insult him. LUTH and UCH used to be the reference points of tertiary healthcare in Nigeria today patients from those 2 institutions are constantly reffered to LASUTH. Tinubu even before fashola achieved this singlehandedly. Driving from Egbeda,my house,to Surulere my office use to be a 4hr journey today inspite of the massive population explosion it is about 1hr even at peak periods. The introduction of LASTMA and opening of lots of alternative routes. Lagos is starting purely digital classrooms, first of it's kind yet the idiots from the wretched erosion and crime ravaged region will be busy on NL talking about bullion van fir a man that has not held a public.office in 14yrs Those guys are cursed honestly Have a great day. |

bareal: Guy, come on. I did not insult you. I was making a contextual example not specific to you or anyone else. The point being that Nigeria needs rescuing. That is what we should focus on. You forget that democracy was created as a fair leadership system that reflects the will of the majority. If Buhari won democratic elections, meaning he is the choice of the majority of Nigerians, what does it profit any of us to be playing vendetta blame games against specific individuals and not the millions of ordinary Nigerians who voted Buhari into power? Are you are toddler who cannot think for himself? If not why do you and your ilk love claiming that Tinubu "packaged Buhari" for you? You and other Nigerians still have the ultimate responsibility, as adults awake to your civic duties, to vet and reject Buhari. The more you shout someone "packaged Buhari" for Nigerians the more you make Nigerians appear dumb folks who would even vote a lampshade if such was "packaged" suitably for them. Try to be about suggesting a way forward rather than being about blame game alone that makes you appear insincere. |

OneTemplate: My way forward is simple. Let's join hands together and support one that will not be packaged or that has packaged someone not fit enough. Someone that has a completely different ideology to that of Buhari and his cohorts. We have over 200million people in this country. I know you will ask me who, but don't worry when I get to the bridge I shall make my choice. For the upteenth time, Buhari was packaged for people like you and we warned you when we saw the writing on the wall but your lots would not listen. Unfortunately, same is playing out now and you still have not learnt. When are you going to learn, maybe when the once beautiful country is distroyed completely? Have a nice day |

Re: 2023 Presidency : Osinbajo's Moves To Succeed Buhari Pitches Him Against Tinubu by Nobody: 12:23pm On Oct 11, 2021 |
bareal: So Tinubu's amazing and verifiable transforming of Lagos, that includes turning the State into the 6th biggest economy in Africa richer than nations like Kenya and Ghana, is not proof enough that the man "has a completely different ideology to that of Buhari and his cohorts"? Look at those who have been President/head of State or want to be President in 2023. What has Atiku done for Adamawa? What has Buhari done for Katsina? What has GEJ done for Bayelsa, What has Fayemi done for Ekiti? What has OBJ done for Ogun? What has IBB done for Niger State? What has Peter Obi done for Anambra? Yet, can any honest and upright person dare ask what Tinubu has done for Lagos? British, American, Asian and European technocrats will first shout you down for asking such a stupid question. That is before their African compatriots in Ghana, Kenya, Gambia, South Africa, Benin Republic, Morroco, Tunisia, Cameroon etal join to tell you of their admiration for Tinubu's administrative excellence some of them have even had the privilege of sending emissaries to understudy. We should stop reacting unthinkingly to the latent ethnic proclivity in all of us, to embrace undenial and proven meritocratic excellence wherever and in whoever we find it. If we don't we will keep passing up excellent born leaders capable of transforming Nigeria for the better , like Obafemi Awolowo, for accidental leaders and stooge impositions like Shehu Shagari, Goodluck Jonathan, Yar Adua etal. |

OmoEpe: My exact opinion also. BAT would be an amazing President and the West would literally eat out of his hands because he is their ideal choice to head the biggest black nation on Earth the West can then partner with progressively. It shows with how serving and active political leaders and emissaries of these Western nations show open bias to pay 'courtesy call' religiously to Tinubu, without official position since 2007, while they show open disdain for all our other politocal leaders by ignoring them when in Nigeria. Yet, Osinbajo, along the likes of Fashola, is the younger and natural fit to replace Tinubu. some of us, much as we love BAT, know we would have to wave goodbye to Tinubu some day same as we miss Awolowo yet cannot resurrect him. We must plan for that eventuality. With that in mind, Osinbajo is definitely one of a few who can go on to be as sagacious as BAT with time. He will be a great President if Tinubu cannot be an option. 1 Like |
