Anambra to the world! Beautiful airport but we don't want Ipob terrorists to go near that airport. Let them go and use the one Kanu built for them in Afara-ukwu, Abia state

The one in Enugu was done by the incompetent FG, so it will look like rubbish. If Igbos form their own country, China, Japan UK, the USA and other top countries will be coming here to learn the latest in fashion, sports, technology and real estate.

We are not mates with Nigerians.

Yeah, that is why Obiano blew $2 billion on it, more than the cost of Singapore’s new airport.
Truly you and Obiano are not mates to Nigerians’ looting. Your looting is on a different level entirely. Congrats.

Rogues everywhere you go. Built two years ago, and $700,000 less than drunkard Obiano’s matchbox.

Inspired by Singapore's reputation as a "city in a garden," Jewel features a sprawling indoor forest, 280 retail shops and restaurants and the tallest indoor waterfall in the world. The complex cost $1.7 billion SGD, or nearly $1.3 billion US, to build.

In Jewel's Rain Vortex, another self-contained section, there is the world's tallest indoor waterfall, which is over 130 feet high. The water cascades from an oculus in the roof. (Previously, nature park Gardens By The Bay, also in Singapore, held the title of world's tallest indoor waterfall at 115 feet.)

The hundreds of new stores and restaurants add to the 400 outlets that already exist at Changi Airport. Among the new spots are Shangri-La Hotel's first non-hotel establishment, Shang Social, a restaurant serving Chinese fare; London's Burger & Lobster; and Shake Shack. Local Singapore retailers like Good Company and Supermama have boutiques there. The 10,700-square-foot Nike store in Jewel is reportedly the largest in Southeast Asia.

YotelAir, a hotel with 130 rooms, can be booked for a minimum of four hours (for short layovers) or overnight stays. The hotel has a club lounge that overlooks Jewel's waterfall.

Ebonyi governor haven't completed their airport despite hobnobbing with the central government.
Oga why are you pained with the hobnobbing or are you jealous? instead of you to celebrate your airport you are there looking for who is hobnobbing, well if you must know the airport project in Ebonyi is not the only ongoing project, our performing Governor has so many gigantic project he is handling at once, unlike Obiano that doesn't really have much to do for eight years except one airport.

See what envy and bitterness can cause. Do you know what's $2b? Even the budget of all SE states since 1998 is not up $2b yet. But you are here spewing nonsense. Tell your drunkard father to send you back to primary school.

No need for insults.
Just get ready to sweat out $2 billion for the Chinese.

On April 11, 2017, Anambra State Governor, Chief Willie Obiano made history with the story of a planned Airport City Project in Umueri, Anambra East Local Government Area. Governor Obiano during the flag off boasted that the project was far beyond just an airport.

He announced that the project was an aerodrome (an airport city), which would beyond seeing to the touching down of flights from all over Nigeria and beyond, would also provide services like maintenance of airplanes; which is a rare service, while the deep oil reserve in Aguleri Otu community, where Orient Petroleum Company is domiciled, would offer services like refueling of aircrafts. The project he said would cost $2.2billion, and would be solely financed by a Chinese company, Sinoking Enterprises, at no cost to Anambra Government.

It makes sense for Obiano to rush the completion of the white elephant project for his billions jackpot. Knowledgeable Anambrarians should be weeping and lynching the rogue, who is not different from the other 35 rogues masquerading as governors.

About the Umueri Cargo Airport: In 2017, Governor Willie Obiano launched the Umueri Cargo Airport project. Obiano said the ‘Airport City Project’ would be developed on a 1500-acre site and would feature two runways, an aviation fuel facility, aircraft maintenance facility, airport hotel, business park and international convention centre.

The project is expected to generate 1200 direct and 3600 indirect jobs. The project is estimated to cost more than $2 billion and will be developed through a partnership between the Anambra State Government, Orient Petroleum Resources and Elite International Investments. Elite International Investments will provide all funds under a build, operate, manage and transfer agreement.

Now answer the question below. You are still quoting 2017 report and referring elite international investment that doesn't even know where Anambra is located.

As per his 2020 budget allocation, the rogue gave the state 5% shares and 95% to two companies that are most likely shells for his thieving ways. I posted the details above. Read and save yourself.

You quoted rubbish. I asked you to show us budget speech or budget report of Anambra state government where it states that $2d was budgeted for airport project.

Also covert $2d to naira and tell us if the federal government has such amount for one project not to talk of state government. Envy, bitterness and frustration has turned you into a circus clown cheesy

The project is obviously not worth $2 billion and that cost is rogue Obiano’s scheme.

Lol now its below $2d? Please mention one state in Nigeria that can afford $2d for a project.

What I deduced from your tirades here was that the Anambra international airport blew your mind that you couldn't even compare it to any Nigerian stare airport. Then in order to play down the high standard and beauty of the airport, you started saying that the governor pulled $2d from your ass to build the airport. cheesy
