What I still find palpable about Nigerians is why you think asking for your source of wealth is an afront, your way of reasoning is why there are millions of internet scammers in this country,you people don't care how people make money you just glorify wealth,this is why politicians keep milking off your future and that of your unborn children and thier children.
If you don't have anything to hide why are you keeping secrets, even people that are a hundred times richer than them in UK, USA, CHINA etc get audited time to time,why is it different in your country

I don't know if it's lack any f exposure or general misconception that is influencing your reality. Do let me repeat in other countries it is not a matter of choice, whether you like it or not you must reveal your source of income and every single details will be verified and if your income don't match your expenditures you're going to jail.
And yes unless you're just living in denial this rich politicians has robbed you of your Future and that of your kids, reports affirmed that Nigeria politicians has stolen almost a $1trillion dollar since independence that is money meant to develop your country so that in turn you and every other citizen can get a good life.so it doesn't matter if you thinking you're doing alright or not they still milked what his traditionally yours.
