Actually, God does not approve of anyone who lives under the curse - Genesis 3 vs 16-22. So any marriage that is subject to that curse is effect not "approved" by God, this disapproval ofcourse has to do with the fact that those two joined in that kind of marriage are not of God.

I always tell people. Marriage is a civil union. A normal life activity. Like choosing a course of study or a bus to take. That's not God's job.
