So they should have known how to turn ewedu to gbegiri after 20 pounds given to them by Awolowo right. You talk about Lagos yet these Igbos have already been prospering in and dominating Lagos before 1960. Has Tinubu consulted any Igbo politician that he wants to run for president? Now that you don't think there should be justice, let's watch how things will play in 2023. But a Yoruba Presidency will definitely strengthen the will to walk away from your Nigeria. You don't want them to be part of the leadership of the nation and also you don't want them to leave the nation. Haba mana. Yorubas are quite disgusting

Which Justice are you demanding for exactly?

In one breath, you always claim that you are the best economically and even dominating Lagos since 1960 but another breath, you are claiming the rest of the country are cheating you.

Any Igbo politician is free to contest for the ticket of his party and the general election.

Tinubu is a Nigerian citizen ,he has a right to aspire to any office in his country and whoever he consult or doesnt consult is his personal business.

But an Igbo must succeed PMB. Since 1999, Nigeria has been on rotation of the presidency between north and south.
If any southern group objects to Igbo president in 2023, that southerner is as good as working for a northerner to succeed PMB.
but just 2019 here you guys were ready to entrone a Fulani man tru PDP

Stop spreading wrong analogy.

Militancy stopped under Yar'Adua. Jonathan was elected president in 2011 out of sympathy for him. It has nothing to do with the militants.

The Niger-Delta Militants were demanding for a better cut from the 'Oyel money' and not the election of an Ijaw man as a president.
What brought about Jonathan becoming a VP for Yaradua, was it because you loved Bayelsa people? How many bridges did Bayelsa people build across the nation as people like you hap on when it gets to the Igbos? Has the militants gotten the better cut they were fighting for, why did it stop after Jonathan became a VP?

The root cause was the politics of exclusion Nigeria practices and we will remain in crises till we build a nation where peace and JUSTICE reigns. Go and read the book called "Why Nations fail" it's not a curse.

Both you and your cone headed ewedu eating friend are idiots. So igbos do not deserve to produce a president in this nonsense called Nigeria? If the cannot then let them go. Most igbos want inclusion and a sense of belonging in Nigeria. Buhari instead of making things right, made it worse.

Actually, it is Jubril from Sudan that made it worse.

Who told this dreamer anyone cares about ESN or whatever dying off in Igboland? when they were busy playing politics of hate and bitterness when men were building bridges and entering alliances, noone of them voiced out, now they want to sit down and reap where others laboured for with their hard-earned money, resources and everything.

We still remember the "Edo no be Lagos" slogan they used to taunt APC and Tinubu, rejoicing over PDP's election victory in Edo state. Let them meet PDP for presidential ticket or get lost.

not even PDP want them now sef....imagine....
PDP dont even want to zone to their strongest base sef....

what type of nonesense was that,atiku/obi....??
shouldnt it be obi/atiku....??

lets be honest....:

In 1998/99, hardly any Yoruba political stalwart belonged to PDP. Yoruba resented PDP then. Yoruba were mostly in the Yoruba party, AD then. Yet a Yoruba man, Olusegun Obasanjo, was freed from prison and made presidential candidate of PDP formed by an Igbo man, Alex Ekwueme.

ROTATION was the reason for Obasanjo being made presidential candidate of PDP.

Falae, another Yoruba was made presidential candidate of the 2nd largest political party.

A little history my friend. In 1993, Moshood Kashimawo Olawale Abiola popularly known as MKO contested for the presidency position
and won the election in what people termed the freest and fairest election in Nigeria history and instead of IBB to hand over to Abiola, he annulled the election.

Now, fast forward to 1999, Nigeria was about to return to democracy and the man who was the rightful owner to the throne was already dead and buried. Now where would the president comes from is the next question on every right thinking Nigerian lips. Since the Yoruba man won the previous election and was denied ruling the country, it was common logic that the next president should come from there.

It wasn't handed to the Yorubas on a platter of gold.

Now, 20 years later, the Yorubas realize one thing after missing out in 1960 to the coalition between the Ibos and the Hausas and the same thing happened in 1979 and almost repeat itself in 1999, the Yorubas realize that to rule Nigeria, you need the support of other people and since 2003 has been forming allies with different regions. An example, in 2011, the north voted mostly for CPC while the whole south allied together to deny CPC and in 2015 joined hands together with the Yorubas to win the election.

If you want to rule Nigeria, you need the support of other regions and to get the support of other regions, you need to dialogue with them and not to abuse them and show your hatred towards them. Durin GEJ administration, the SW was marginalized and in retaliation, the Yorubas aligned with the north to push out GEJ. that is how to play politics.

Finally, it is wrong to say Alex Ekeueme founded PDP but Alex was one of the founding members of the party

Obasanjo picked Jonathan because he felt he is more cool headed, humble, less ambitious and likely to be more loyal to his boss than Dr Peter Odili, the former favourite candidate for the presidency who withdrew from the race because the zoning clause was invoked.

Yar'Adua's Amnesty deal with the militants stopped their hostility and allowed peace to reign.

Are you a baby in politics. How come Obj had to consider Rivers or Bayelsa man for VP out of 36 states? So there was no Yoruba man that could be loyal and cool headed, don't you know it was all about finding a soft landing political solution to the agitations.

Were the militants fighting for Amnesty at the beginning, why did Amnesty become a solution to the struggle? Oga leave injustice, you can't hold the Igbo man down. Like water they will still get to their destination.

Even if they did does that not mean they supported a Yoruba man? Are you aware it was even the Yorubas that refused to vite Obj in 1999?

In 2023, the whole world would know if nigerian truly want peace by enthroning justice or not.

Justice was served to the yorubas in 1999 after the yorubas and their OPC militia created problems in the SW region to ask for their due.

The SS also got theirs when they sabotaged the economy and Raymond Dokpesi' AIT campaigned strongly for a SS president. They got their dues.

E don reach Igbo man turn, una wan play us wayo? E no go happen o.
One thing is certain in nigeria, if you are too peaceful and pacifist, you will always get the shortest end of the stick or even NOTHING AT ALL.

2023 is heavily pregnant and East will not allow itself to be enslaved under the nigerian contraption. Zoning means turn by turn and it is the turn of the East.

Igbo man won't be President of Nigeria in 2023 and that's the bitter truth ! You guys stand a chance of making Biafra a reality in 2023 than for an Igbo man to emerge as the President of a united Nigeria in 2023 ! If the only reason why non Igbos would have to vote for an Igbo presidential candidate is for the senseless killings to stop in the south east, ipob or is it unknown gunmen should better continue in their killing spree because other Nigerians would not succumb to any blackmail !

NAA THEY WONT MAKE IGBOS PRESIDENT JUST FORGET ABOUT IT. IGBOS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN REBELS WHO HAVE ALWAYS CHALLENGED THE GOVERNMENT THE NIGERIAN GOVERNMENT ON THE OTHER HAND WHICH IS STILL UNDER THE CONTROL AND SUPERVISION OF THE BRITISH WONT WANT THAT CAUSE IT WOULD POSE A BIG THREAT TO BRITISH CONTROL AND INFLUENCE..........SO THERE YOU HAVE IT IGBOS WOULD NEVER BE PRESIDENT AND THERE IS A REASON FOR BREAKING UP BIAFRA INTO 5 IGBO STATES SO YOU WOULD CONTINUE TO BE IRRELEVANT AND HAVE NO POWER TO POSE A THREAT TO THE CONTRY THEY ALSO DELIBRATELY MADE SURE YOUR STATES WERE LANDLOCKED TO PREVENT YOU FROM BEING INDEPENDENT AND DEPENDENT ON THE CENTER FOR SURVIVAL. TRUTH IS IGBOS ARE THE MOST UNFORTUNATE BEINGS IN NIGERIA THEY NEVER REALISED THEY WERE NEVER FORGIVEN AFTER BIAFRA WAR YOU ARE DESTINED TO BE SLAVES IN YOUR OWN COUNTRY. SO YOU HAVE 2 OPTIONS BE PEACEFUL SLAVES TO THE ENTITY NIGERIA AND SUFFER ECONOMICALLY AND SOCIALLY FOR IT OR TRY TO BREAK AWAY AND THEY ACTUALLY KILL YOU ALL LIKE THEY WOULD WIPE YOU GUYS OUT WITH THE HELP OF THE BRITISH.

The greatest abuse to a tribe in a country were done against the Igbo following all the years of marginalization of the Igbo.

What evil people like you see as abuse from some Igbo is reaction from the abuses meted against the Igbo by Nigeria.
Your must admit that without the unwritten principle of ROTATION of the presidency, Olusegun Obasanjo, or no other southerner could have won presidential election in Nigeria.

The skewed political structure of Nigeria necessitated and necessitates ROTATION of the presidency between north and south.

So did MKO Abiola won the Jun-12 election?

If we continue long enough in this democracy, many myths will be bursted.

We can't continue to be marginalized from education down to politics, in an
