A Dublin Court awarded a Nigerian Man whose boss reportedly called him a Chimpanzee abroad. The Court compensated Victor Kings Oluebube with €30,000 for racial discrimination.

At the Labour Court, deputy chairman Alan Haugh ordered a company named Flexsource Recruitment to pay €30,000 to Oluebube who is an Agency Worker for Racial discrimination under the region 'Employment Equality Act in Dublin'.

At the time of the two alleged racist matter, Kings Oluebube was assigned by a Dublin-based firm CPL Solutions Ltd to Kuehne & Nagel as a warehouse operative.

Boss Haugh ordered CPL Solutions to pay the money to Kings Oluebube after it was confirmed that the company was liable for the harassment. The €30,000 award will reach about his 63 weeks gross pay.
