So I created this new account to seek advice because I don't want these sexual thoughts, but they just keep flooding my mind. I have prayed and fasted, but I am ashamed to tell anyone around me for the fear of being judged. These thoughts have been bothering me for about 2 years now. Sometimes sexual thoughts about the devil flood my mind too. One thing I know is that I started having the thoughts after I watched a porn video, but ever since then I have stoped watching porn, and improved my prayer life, yet the evil spirit keeps disturbing me with immoral thoughts

Just thank God for :
1. The blood of Jesus, for redeeming you from the power of darkness
2. The blood of Jesus for redeeming you from the sinful thoughts


These two things will silence.

Why ?
Because the devil hates when a holy man give God thanks and praise
Second, you are quoting what destroyed him to his face, what overcame him.
And that replays the scenario of his defeat all over again.

Keep doing that, when he comes around.

It will die down.

Have you tried actually tried practicing self-discipline which would entail continually switching the Channel on your mind whenever these thoughts come at you? It is difficult and hard but it is necessary in order to overcome those unwanted thoughts.

This is funny. See what you have brought to yourself. My advice is, leave the Catholic Church if you are a member there. That's the easiest way to overcome the demonic feelings. If you are not in Catholic, then totally avoid seeing the virgin Mary's stature. Continue to avoid porn, thank God you conquered that. Lastly, if you are up to the age of marriage, then look for a wife that you feel attracted to and marry.
