There was this day I was in a public transport and this older girl entered with 3 children. I suspect she is the maid and she should be 13 or so. The rest of the other kids where all female children so she tried stacking them between her legs and that was too tight for them. I offered to help her carry one of the child so she could hold the other two.

The one I was carrying should be 4 or 5 year old, as the bus was moving I wrapped my hand around her tommy to secure her from falling. After a while this kid looked at me and reached out for my hand and removed it. I thought maybe I was holding her too tightly so I held her again but a bit loosely and the kid removed it again. I would have put her between my legs but decided to manage till they get down.

When they did, I began to think why the child doesn’t want me holding her in any way and the only thing I concluded was maybe her parents thought her it’s bad for any brother to touch you from here down! So she doesn’t understand touching is not the same thing as holding. Since then if I enter public transport and you carry 5 children enter am not helping you to carry a single one of them. Some parents even give you that look of how can you be so wicked but I really don’t care! I know the world is evil so it’s not the child’s fault but it is what it is.

I have decided to raise my kids in a sane country.
Some countries still value their Morals and they didn't allow civilization to corrupt them.

Nothing is ever 100%. They can have phones but no internet sub for them at young age. This will limit their internet use away from home. If you can reduce their uncensored access to the internet by 70%, you have solved more than half of the problem. I don't think scooping garbage on the internet saves anyone from being dull.

When you decide to homeschool your kids, it come with other plans. They'd be active in other social gathering that are less damaging. Like joining groups in the church, and dey can attend kids party too.

I'm not against my kids exploring life, I'm only concerned about the wrong and unrealistic ideas the society push these days. Especially for the boy child.
