Guys please what is the cause of this
I was using agynes powdered tooth paste but my girlfriend recommend oral b but it seems my tooth guy keep peeling.

-Stop brushing for too long or too hard.
-Your teeth can handle those strong tooth brushes e.g smoker's toothbrush, but your gum can't, simply cause it's flesh.
-Use those very soft brushes for your gum and brush gently.
-Powder is too harsh for the gum; don't use them. Your gums can't grow back if they eventually peel off; keep this in mind. ONLY when you have some shreds of gum tissues left will they compact to grow.
-Stop applying so much pressure when brushing.
-It's not every time you must use toothbrush, try mouth wash once a while.
-If you have gingivitis, then see a dentist.
-Lastly, greet your gf for us.

I use to use powdered tooth paste then switch to oral B and it keep peeling

I'll advice you see a dentist, in case it's gingivitis. Delay in seeing a dentist will lead to more peeling of the gum which will result in your teeth falling out one by one. By then you cannot smile for your girlfriend again. Maybe she will now leave you, then come and meet me or one other bad boy on Nairaland, and I don't think you want that lol.
For real though: Just see a dentist and give your gum tissues some time to compact. Don't do anything to agitate the tissues anymore. There's other ways to keep your teeth and mouth clean. Use those ways for now.
P.s: If you smoke, then you might need to ease off or let go. Smokers have a HIGHER chance of getting gingivitis and other gum diseases than non-smokers.
Remember: Once your gums peel off completely, they can NEVER grow back. Take appropriate steps now that you still have time.
