Mankind is from the dust says the book {Genesis 2:7; 3:19; Ecclesiastes 3:20} the only hope of mankind is the resurrection and that is if the person did things that worths remembering.
As for mankind in general it's either we live or we die, Hell simply means Grave and nothing more, people do remember people who has died due to their virtuous attitude, the same is applicable to God's memory book. Babies who never developed into the stage of being recognized with certain attributes or character are not to be remembered.

As you are not a baby, therefore, you do not qualify.

And just like you never really cared about the conviction and condemnation of an armed robber, so also is it truly not your concern how God shall judge babies.

But on the Matter, all I say is FEAR GOD O. No one can tell which Judgement He may drop most especially as we He did Not Pronounce Anything in respect to this topic.

So, I would say, it lis pendens and therefore all is speculation and no one can tell what Judgement may fall on them.

However, the Certainty is that it shall still be Law Full and Right Full when The Court Pronounces it's Judgement!
