Students of the Federal University Otuoke Bayelsa State are protesting after many failed attempts to convince the school management to rectify the continuous glitches that occur on the school fees portal. The aggrieved students are saying “NO” to the decision made by the school management asking those affected by the glitches on the website to defer their studies for another year. A source told Campus Catch that the students in their number began the protest when the dean of student affairs asked affected students to commit suicide if they are not ready to defer their studies.

Some adults who cannot guard their tongue should just stay very far from academic environment... They should realize that the tongue has a powerful influence on others... Someone that is depressed can actually follow that instruction and he (The dean) could be charged for abetting students to commit suicide. ... 2 Likes |
