Italian police took full advantage of one of their supercars to deliver a kidney for a life-saving transplant.

Reaching speeds of up to 230kph (143mph) officers drove their blue and white-coloured Lamborghini Huracian LP610-4 from the northern town of Padova, 500 kilometres (310 miles) down south to a hospital in Rome.

The officers had left at 10.30am in the morning and they arrived two hours later a journey that would normally take about six hours.

The driver wasn’t really fast,ordinary Toyota Camry should complete that journey in 2hrs if given such road
Lagos to Ibadan at the moment take me an hour plus and that is about 170km,even though the road isn’t

If they tried that kinda speed on Nigerian roads, their own kidneys self will join the transported one

Considering how technologically developed they are, it would have been better to use a helicopter to actualize the same feat, which would have been done in a shorter time. But, still, it's a laudable achievement.
