Hypothetically, Let’s say one custom bus is 40 million which is not, times 25 is 1billion naira. Why do they need 500millipn naira extra??

yes Oga a Toyota brand new Hilux of 2020 is at that price and some company sells it more than that...converted to naira
so maybe they are gonna buy 2019... but there should be discount for a 2020 or 2021 since buying 46
then if they embezzle the money or not is what i dont know cause i know Nigerian Gov.t but those hilux are worth those price for new ones
