The problem is not the turn out...many couldnt vote due to the new inec means of verification... Its so messed up

My unit alone sef...people wey no vote yakpa...but turn out was very great!!
Exactly! Turnout was massive in my unit also. BVAS messed up. I wasn't able to accreditate more than 60percent of the voters in my PU. I felt bad for the voters as they were at the PU even before I got there.

Does that mean pdp still has a chance?

I did not mention maduka o
They still have a chance if there is a massive turn out in Ihiala on the 13th and they win it by a wide margin. The gap between Soludo and Ozigbo is around 50,000 votes and there are 148,000 voters registered in Ihiala so there's still technically a chance for PDP if they can win Ihiala by a wide margin.

Good observation, but, unfortunately, such is not provided for in our electoral act. We need to insert a specific percentage which will be minimum for election to have said to be conducted into our electoral act.
That will be the beginning of our political rebirth.
It will give room for more results manipulations.
With the current security challenges in the state 200k is a large turn out self.
Again the security situation also created room for a free and fair election. Because with the heavy armed presence and the hatred of APC in the state nobody will be ready to risk his life to snatch ballot boxes for them

They literally refused to vote!

Anambra have always been APGA from time immemorial, they see APGA as there own so Maduka despite all he did knows that APGA will still win.

Looking at the results decleared so far, APGA have 98k plus, PDP 43k plus, APC 39k plus votes. APGA is a party to beat in Anambra.

This is MASSIVELY MASSIVE.
God bless Anambra State.
God bless Nigeria.

The best man that Anambrans want to rule them has been selected.

All the best to all sane, honest, law-abiding and hardworking Anambrans.

Stop typing rubbish.
The election is concluded.
Congratulations to the winner already.
A better Nigeria all around is all we want.
God bless Anambra State.
God bless Nigeria.

Meanwhile,
We said this before and we will say it again.
Truth is not bitter, just that some evil people are bitter to the truth.

About transparency in elections...
This can only happen because we have a President that makes everyone vote count, unlike what our darling country has been used to for 16 years of failure.

Good to see you guys know the kinda good man you've got as a President that you can even vouch for him.
Now, that is integrity at it's peak.
That is one of the things dad will be remembered for in this nation for many many years to come.

Let's give you more insight........

It is a always good and refreshing to see that we have a President who does not intervene in the rule of law.

From Corruption, down to politics, Our darling Daddy always allow the rule of law to take charge...

Memory lane........
Elections In Nigeria now,
There is no need to fear.
Why? Because the will of Nigerians will not be subverted. Never! A President once told us in this country that the coming polls would be do or die.
Not with President Buhari.
Fair is fair.
No foul play.
Under his watch, his political party, the All Progressives Congress (APC) has lost gubernatorial elections in Bayelsa(now twice), Oyo State, Edo State, Zamfara state and Anambra states.

At the last Council of States meeting, Gov Willie Obiano publicly registered his appreciation to President Buhari, for the level playing ground he made available during the election in his state. With do or die apostles, and a certain political party in power, such would never happen. Not with their garrison mentality. All states are territories that must be conquered, willy-nilly.

APC has won gubernatorial positions under Buhari in Kogi, Ondo and Edo states, (Now losing same Edo again) The victories were fair and square.
The party lost in Bayelsa (twice), Zamfara, Oyo, Anambra etc.
This President would never manipulate victory for anyone, not even his own party.
And you ask us not to trust him?
We will, and no mistake.

God bless our darling Daddy President Muhammadu Buhari.
God bless Nigeria.

Lol cheesy
Just 3 mins ago sir!
All of us @ love you too.....
Let's share the love around!
Stay blessed Chairman!

That is one of the things dad will be remembered for in this nation for many many years to come.

Let us read from the comment of one of the sane, honest and hardworking Nairalander we have below... kiss
Well, you are partially right, but, the same cannot be said of osun state in Oyetola vs Adeleke election, likewise, Fayemi vs Eleka election in Ekiti state. So, he hasn't got % yet. Even Jonathan chose my to tamper with the results that sent him parking. Don't forget it was really under late Yaradua that the Judiciary sacked lots of stolen states from PDP due to his non interference in the Judiciary process starting of the uneven gubernatorial election we are witnessing today.
So, as for me, Buhari has not beaten late Yaradua legacy in elections in Nigeria.

I rise.

It was not the people of Ihiala that decided not to vote. One miscreant politicians brought in thugs to hijack the elections in Ihiala and him and his thugs were resisted but the security situation made voting impossible as materials couldn't get to the various polling units so INEC rescheduled the elections in Ihiala for next Saturday. The politician and many of his thugs have been arrested.

All Soludo needs more to be proclaimed winner is win of 25% of votes in another 2 Local government areas of the state.

The Reuben Abati organized guber debate opened the nyash of Andy Uba to Anambra people who are mostly educated.

Soludo would have learned big lesson from Rochas Okorocha who sold his APGA mandate to APC because of his presidential ambition.

If Okorocha nurtured APGA, use his rhetorics to make APGA win more states, by now, Okorocha would have been in better position for his presidential ambition.

Soludo is already elected even if he scores zero in the remaining local governments.

He has the highest votes currently that is more than the combined votes of the two runners-up.

He also needs 25% in only 14 local governments but he has 18 already.

With the look of things, hardly will the total turnout for this election be close to 10% of total registered voters of over 2.5 millions. Eighteen LG results is not up to 200K.

ISN'T THAT A BOYCOTT?

To imagine that over 300k delegate voted for Andy Uba during APC primary election. Too much lies being peddled everywhere
