Embassies make more money at their designated Embassies or Visa Application Centres. It is a known fact that most Embassies especially the Western countries are making a huge profit from non-refundable visa application fees. They provide scanty services but charge huge unquestionable non-refundable fees. That’s the reason why most of them refused to change to the modern system of visas which is evisa. Furthermore, the rate of visa denial or rejection is so high compared to the number of applications received, that you wondered if the embassies concerned have not turned their missions into money-making ventures.

Countries such as Canada and the United States are known for making huge money from Nigeria visa applicants, no matter how you satisfy their draconian visa requirements or pay heavy school fees, your chance of getting these two countries visas are very slim. They make noises about their needs for immigrants to boost their workforce and cleverly advertise to lure visa applicants to apply for visas. Whereas, they know quite well that the chances of getting the visa are slim. What an absurdity.

Here's the solution!

Lesson 2: Nothing in Life is Ever Easy, and That’s Okay
In the short story on opportunity, the young man expected things to be easy. He was not mentally prepared to take on a difficult challenge. And the father knew it. We are, after all, talking about marrying off a beloved daughter here, of course, things won’t be easy. The story rings true in real life, nothing in life ever comes easy, and we shouldn’t expect it to be.

The story isn’t just about missing an opportunity; it’s about misjudging a situation with zero game plan. Things do not always go the way we want it, and that’s okay. Whenever faced with a challenge, always have a backup plan. This way, you can make the most out of any situation, and you’ll always come on top

If you run a company that produces, distributes, and/or sells various products or services, it’s crucial that you identify and understand the profitability of each of your individual products. Operating without this knowledge puts you at risk of making flawed business decisions.

Now remember there can be a difference between your top selling and most profitable products. You can sell 100 products at 20 per cent profit and 60 products at 40 per cent; with the second being the most profitable.

The reason for this question goes back to the 80:20 rule. If 20 per cent of your products give you 80 per cent of your sales your business will be in trouble if you are out of stock of these 20 per cent of products. Knowing which are your top sellers as well as the most profitable products you are able to do the following;

Ensure that the top 20 per cent of products are in stock at all times. This does not mean you must neglect the other 80 per cent, but you must ensure that you are not overstocked with these products. Make sound business decisions regarding your products and product lines that will improve your business’ overall profitability.

Target marketing strategies to optimize your customers’ exposure to the products with the biggest profit margins. Know which products will help you focus on your company’s growth and which products you have to consider eliminating. Most importantly, knowing what your most profitable products are and using that information to modify your marketing, inventory, and pricing, allows your business to thrive and your bottom line to grow.

In most businesses, 20 per cent of customers account for 80per cent of a company’s margins, so there is huge value in knowing who the 20 per cent are! Remember a customer that purchases the most from you does not mean they are the most profitable. Their prices could be discounted and the delivery costs could be high.

One of the best strategies for increasing your sales revenue is targeting your most profitable customers that have the biggest growth potential. It’s a good idea to focus on customers that provide high sales and high profit. However, customers that provide high profit on low sales can also help boost profits.

If customers are providing low profit from high sales, you should think about adjusting their pricing to see if you can generate more revenue from these sales. It may not be worth focusing any efforts on customers who generate low sales and low profits.

To increase profitability and grow margins, a company has to ensure its retention activities are focused on profitable customers. In fact, acquiring a new customer can be more expensive than retaining an existing customer.

The bottom line is you must never get comfortable with your best customers. Continue to make them feel special, listen to what they are saying and deliver top notch service.

Always remember revenue comes from selling products or services to customers. Your overriding responsibility is that you ensure you sell as many profitable products possible and maintain your most profitable customers.

The idea behind our business niche is that you sell something. There's always another country that needs what is in abundance or what you commonize in your country.

Do you know a particular part of Kigali delight so much in using Sun flower oil, Imported all the way from Egypt, for their cookings and fryings? What does Egypt have in common with Rwanda? Absolutely nothing!
As a result, 3 in 5 households uses that weird smelling oil? For all their cookings?
What does this tell you? Try selling samples of what is relatively cheap in your country. Try it!
Do you know why empirical and statistical information from Economic Agencies in Rwanda puts Importation of goods from fellow African countries as having good standing, and projected to raise? 50-70% of all Rwandan FMCG Import comes from fellow African countries.
I will tell you. Logistical costs from Asia and Western countries is very high. That cannot be passed to the consumers couple with the Import taxes for such commodities. You see! It's just logical importing from Nigeria, South Africa, Egypt, Kenya, Tanzania, etc. Lucky you if you live in any of these countries!

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT.
Our office at Nyarugenge Kigali Rwanda will be closed from tomorrow, for the Christmas holidays.
We will be resuming on the first week of January 2022. Our Social Media platforms however, are still operational to take your enquires and Orders.

Re: Register Your Company In Kigali Rwanda & Get A Bank Account In 7-10 by Bigkoko: 12:45pm On Jan 10, 2022
There's need to begin Q1 2022 on a positive note. You need to pay your tax, valid for first Quarter.

As a New Startup, the amount is negligible, i.e very small. 5,000 RWF (Payable to RRA) + 1000Rwf (bank charges) = 6,000 RWF. In Nigeria naira, this is just 3,000 Naira. Excluding a token we charge your company.

With this, a TCC will be issued to your companies. This shows you are actually doing business in RWANDA and paying taxes. Your company now have a say in Rwanda. Your company will be known and updated on Rwandan Revenue Authority website for anyone to confirm your company legitimacy.

Companies sometimes fail to do this until the search light from RRA (Rwanda Revenue Authority) falls on them, and generates Huge tax for them. Then, they begin to Helter skelter. Rwandan Authorities don't pity companies in this regard. So before they even come, have your papers ready, poke it on their face! Lol.

If you check the last page of your incorporation documents, you will see that it's between Jan-mar of each year. As a new start up, there's a Tax break for your company, but let me tell you from experience, don't fall into that trap. The Gov here survive on taxes, cash flows from diaspora & aids. The economy is actually boosted by foreign companies, so just kindly apply for a TCC, after one year you will be glad, we told you this secret, and you acted on it.

Failure to adhere to this advise, after one year when RRA agents comes for assessment, as a foreign company you're going to pay (#sawa).

We can do it for your Company. Just let us know!
