EFCC Officials are too dumb to be dragging a convicted criminal who has been sentence to prison with the prison warders. Indeed I pledge to Nigeria my country indeed.
They aren't dumb in that sense.their dumbness only ensued from their over smartness which is nothing but greedy. This people must be catching out big on that man.thats should be the reason they refuse to follow protocol. One Efcc boss still won collect his last cash. grin but it's a shameful act for an agency under federal government lipsrsealed lipsrsealed

EFCC has the final duty of taking judgment papers to the correctional officials along with maina, prison officials don't go to courts to hijack convicts , but stay in their facilities where police , icpc ,efcc etc bring in the convicteds for custody , imaging if it's the other way round that means prison officials have to go to all available courts to effect custody of convicts .

Someone has been officially sentenced to prison, but the EFCC officials are still dragging what exactly? Nigeria. Irredeemable country.
See that idiot on suit acting like he has no boss. Nigeria is just so annoying. Make everybody just getat sef
Re: Maina: EFCC & Prison Officials Clash Over Who Should Detain Ex Pension Boss by darlinsval(m): 7:43pm On Nov 08, 2021
This shows lack of synergy between the two agencies. The law court have already sentenced the accuse, so EFCC should not take custody of the convict. The correctional service should take the convict to the correctional centre to serve his time.

Shame acts from those in positions of authority in this country.

This act alone says a lot about how corrupt the nation is.

You should know that EFCC is still drawn from the police and having such a big catch means say chopping continues as their victim must be an at...m.

Miserable end to any politician or entity that has stolen from our national treasury,
No matter the political party they are........
Along with their supporters.

Abdulrasheed Maina was added to the Pension Reform Task Team (PRTT) and chaired the team from 2010 to 2013.
He was there for just 3 years but stole the money of honorable and hardworking old men and women that served our darling nation for 35 years and above.
He stole the money meant for them while most of these grandpas and grandma's die in abject poverty!

May it never be well with him and any swine castigating the sane, honest and hardworking Nigerians that voted out the evil, corrupt, wicked and looting politicians at the time we voted them out.
Even telling us to our faces that stealing is not corruption.
This is how they will keep stealing your destiny,
Destiny of your parents and grandparents and unborn kids,
As long as y'all children of hate, frustrations and perdition keep supporting evil and criminals.

Keep insulting yourself there..cos if you really mean all these you posted you have to check yourself...let that insult play a reverse card on Buhari and his supporters..

My problem isn't with the struggle between the EFCC and Prisons officials.

I'm actually more concerned that Abdulrasheed Maina is smiling heartily in that video. Like, someone just got sentenced to 8years jail time and he is boldly smiling to the cameras and taking his time to enter the waiting vehicle.

Make no mistakes about this, Maina will be out of prison on some stupid technical grounds in no time and he confidently knows it. Y'all will see!

This is the first time am really supporting you . You just nailed it the way it was then under GEJ.....imagine turning stealing into an art. ATM without password regime.....sure he was voted out embarrassingly like an idiot he was but sadly another bafoon of an idiot was voted in...even more terrible than the shoeless GEJ. We are in a serious dilemma right now over this present failure, terrorist and and demented Buhari leading us astray with our eyes open....what's the best among the two devils self .

"Shortly after Justice Okon Abang sentenced Maina, security personnel from both organizations clashed while attempting to take custody of Maina."

A product of a failed government!
if Nigeria has a working government, there should not have been any confusion regarding which agency should have gotten the custody of Mr.Maina. Lack of a written document about which agency should have custody-----and you know what, gives rise this reported confusion. Shame on Nigerian government and officials trusted to run the business of the government.

These are Criminals trying to woo their senior colleague (Abdulrasheed Maina) to their enclave.
