This is just sign of a failed state. Two government agencies that do not know the procedure to take. If the prison officials release him to efcc without documentation, who does the court ask about his welfare? If there is a new case against him, will the courts ask efcc that it did not hand him to? Dies the efcc officials want to snatch him from the prison officials then claim he escaped? Knowing fully well that the court cannot ask them questions since the court did not hand him over to them. How are we even sure they are efcc? Because they said so? Or because they wore police uniforms? Who were the people who attacked Supreme Court Justice Odili's residence? |
