I dont think it's bad. Some of the prices there are what I buy the stuff, even last week. Pipes are N4,000 each, (Niger). WC is around that N25,000 to N26,000.

The only thing you should be checking is actual quantities used. Plumbers are notorious for giving bogus quantities in their estimates, the honest ones will give you back the remnants while the not so honest ones will dodge the remnants. Just watch them.
