You are requested to come with the following to ur examination centre.
1. Curriculum vitae and copies of ur credentials.
2. Photocopy of page where ur name appeared online.
3. Means of identification (national ID, International passport, Driver's license)
4. 2 recent passport photograph.
5. Writting materials (pen, pencil and eraser)

Besides, if u apply n hv nt bn able to check ur name. Bt only if ur surname preceed with alphabet between A-H(1-5000), I can help you to check ur name, serial number, centre, time and the page where ur name is. Wld have posted it on ds forum bt it was only saved on my phone.
