Mr. spyder am impressed and happy with what u have been doing. I have been following right from The real cost of building a six bedroom duplex to reloaded and now 5bedroom duplex. Though I ran into the first yesterday and since then I have gone thru all the pages and now believe that I can build a duplex . I stay in Jos .

We bought more planks for this house, more pictures coming in an hour. We are about to embark on another two stages in this building, we are going to buy conduit materials and call electricians to quote for this job. Also we shall be talking with the carpenter to do some outer pillars for us and those pillars will support the parapet sit out, outside of the house. Its like that gutter roof done by Am Alone in his bungalow. I will talk prices with the carpenter later tomorrow.

Abeg correct your quote o, I added N4,500 to the previous total. The new total for building this house is now N1,530,905.00.
As for this one being as cheap as my own, well we wait and see, all my efforts are to cut all unnecessary costs and deliver a house that is both beautiful and safe, how you see am I will love to see this decking and parapet projection completed below N2m.
