I paid the sum of #30,000 for intl passport re newal 3 months ago at immigration office headquarters Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.I was told to come get it in two weeks time,I went for it 3weeks after the date they promised and was asked to pay the sum of#15,000 for it to be done due to insufficient papers.and this is because they sell this papers to people who come for it that same day and are willing to pay the #15,000 extra. I don't know what to do next
All am asking now is ,if it can't be done , a refund of the money I paid should be made.
