What a mess.
Where are those who say government can do 'business'. They should ask themselves whether they have heard telecoms go down to strikes since 2002.
The government is sending the railways down the same paths of infamy as other parastatals and give it another decade and the 'legacy" will be gone.
Rather by now the two existing lines, Abuja-Kaduna and Lagos-Ibadan should have been concessioned and the proceeds reinvested into new lines instead of further loans.
But the very nature and structure of Nigeria forbids anything working well in our climes.

They have caught the strike bug and it is downhill from here.

I agree, imagine an agency that list profits up and down are struggling to pay deviations of salary when they indeed post figures.

When these same railway systems workers were receiving monthly pay and nothing like strike then but why is it now the railway network is working across the country y’all want to go on strike.

How does it concern imo people, do we have rail or way? Do they have railway in Nigeria? if yes, is imo state in Nigeria?

Govt shouldn't involve herself in most the the things they have hands in.
That's for private sector. Govt will just have small percentage.
