And everything was 12000 naira, I was schooled at the size of the food in the pot.

Instead it's inside ICU of UPTH or Braithwaite hospital that you will be battling for your life.

Fresh seafood are usually very expensive.
I was at a supermart last week and wanted to get fresh prawns and they gave me something that is not up to 20 pieces for 3k.

The catfish was the smallest I have every seen in my entire life

People need to change food sources. Rice is too expensive, try millet or some other grain.

Beef is too expensive, try a different cut. Reduce meat consumption.

Raiser your own chickens for eggs. Have a small garden for pepper, leaves, etc.
