During my service year under Jonathan when a wrap of fufu was sold for 20naira, I had a corper friend who shared the lodge with me. This guy used to finish 10wraps of fufu at once. He often eat directly from the pot because plate could not contain the portion of food he eats. His 19800 federal allowance finishes on the second week. Thank God we had good economy then when 3k was enough to sustain me on weekly basis. |

Mahn.. na those days, no be now again. Then, I could finish 5 and half raps of fufu and looked for more in the next 1 hour. I could finish half paint of rice in a sitting. But now, I dey struggle to finish 1ΒΌ of fufu despite how small they package it these days. |
