KINGJAJA888: Buy the drug called Ketoconazole and ask the pharmacists for the appropriate dose. Don't use any cream or ointments as this is internal problem not external. Do this and thank me later. Trust me, it works. 4 Likes |

Bluntguy: Nah... Eczema itches and usually comes as reddish patches. This is excessive skin dryness and loss of melanin pigmentation. It is as a result of his skincare regimen! I can almost bet he uses skin lightening soap and creams. If he starts using something as natural and basic as Original local Shea Butter (Ori) and native soap, within a week it will be cleared off. Sebamed, Cetaphil, E-45, and Aveeno products are specifically designed for such issues... Alas, they don't come cheap!!! 2 Likes |

Nothing is wrong with you. If you experience this during hot weather, your is losing its elasticity. Your skin is becoming more sensitive. Stop using antiseptic soap and cream. Go for cream like Eucirine and curel for sensitive skin. Use soups like simple pure soup. Unless a qualified dermatologist tell you differently. Leave all these herbal this and that |

shosky1794:Please always try as much as you can to avoid ketoconazole especially if you have other options. Just An Antifungal cream should be enough in this case except when it persists. Fluconazole should be a desired first choice of oral medication. I know say u no ask me but enjoy free education, courtesy of Nairaland boss shehu |

Go and get that cream ASAP, I have something similar at my back once in a while the cream helped with it. You need to keep your self cleans and bath with sponge almost twice a day. Commit to it for a week and by Friday you would have seen 80% result hopefully.

It's eczema, use hydraulic fluid to rub on the affected areas, give it 3 to 5 days, then visit a pharmacy to treat it internally |
