descarado:

You are the only one who called it what it is.

He was using all these "tubes" and the likes littered in Nigerian markets to lighten his complexion.
Look at his vein.
He don't even need any cream, as soon as he discontinue, it will fade off.

It's extremely common.

He will even be smelling funny especially down there.

Women bleach for whatever reason but man, yuk

Exactly...

Imagine people up there suggesting Skineal and funbact-A... Most Nigerian youths bleach so much! It's so rare to see young people with the natural skin tone they were born with.

This is the genesis of most of these skin issues they constantly come up with.

See a dermatologist who will take a sample from your skin for a dermatopathologist to examine under microscope.
Both dermatologist and dermatopathologist are specialist doctors.

Eczema.
Treatment usually long 2-6weeks.
Add an HIV test to the mix.
See a Doctor or Dermatologist if you can afford one.

It's an allergic reaction from ur soap or cream.
First change either or both then try using Nixoderm cream(morning and night). If it doesn't clear within one week, visit a dermatologist.

Is it itchy?

It looks like ringworm, it's a fungal infection so you need antifungal cream. It speards and it's contagious so you should treat it asap.

It is Tinea Versicolour. I have the same thing. Right now, I just got (drugs), loratin, Ketofungal and petroleum jelly for it and I'm seeing real difference. Please, get those things urgently otherwise it will continue to spread to other areas on your body. Everything should be less than 4K.

Note: when dry, it is itchy. But other times, it's not.
