Don't fight it. Just watch what happens in stillness. Be conscious of it. Let it go just as yiu let it come in. Don't get it rooted in your mental soil. Then shift your consciousness once again to God(good thoughts of love )

1.The way you hold/place God in your life also matters here, if you place God highly things like that won't be popping up in your mind when you're praying because you'll have the knowledge to know that God is very pure.

2. Control your mind, don't give in to any form of distraction.

You have the duty of purging ur heart with the word of God before praying. This will help you to overcome evil thought when you begin to meditate on the word of God uve read. Your conscience will become clearer day by day in as much as you don't commit this sin again. Each time u have this thought before it stops finally, remind the devil that there's now no condemnation again for those who are inChrist as written in Romans 8:1. God will give you total victory
