How could a politician campaign that they want to govern a state and when they get the opportunity:

They won't pay workers' salaries
They won't pay retirees pensions and gratuities
They won't fix roads and won't build new ones
They won't fix hospitals and won't build new ones

Please I want to know. What is the essence of governance in Nigeria? Is it just to steal public funds? If these states are not viable, why create them? If you all must vote in thieves, why form a country?
