If referee has to stop play because the keeper is down, keepers can capitalize on it and slump in a 1 vs 1 situations. Nobody go score corner again because keepers go dey slump to cancel corner kick.

The ref did the right thing, or else any crook goalie can always fall and lie on the ground anytime the opponent are having a dangerous attack.

The blame is on De gea, I'm sure it hurts but damn, not so much that you cant stand to see the play to the end pls. No be say the injury later make you comot the pitch sef, you ended up continuing. Rubbish
