Anger is a serious issue in a relationship, between husband and wife, between parents and children, during conversation, when provoked, when insulted or hurt. Christians are not excluded in anger. If left unchecked, what it births is more hurtful and dangerous to health and souls.
We need love, keeping calm, staying away from what triggers anger in us and many more to control anger
