Auction to who and for what purpose? It will just come back unto the roads in a similar fashion. This makes the point clearer that okada will not be tolerated, much more than auctioning or collecting fines.

Lagos is just one of 36 states, people should not rush from their states to Lagos without a plan...some are living miserable life in Lagos, if they had remained in their villages doing animal and crop farming or marketing, they will fare better, and live a life of dignity.
