Let me start by saying your word & character are your fruits. Before a tree bearing fruits can be fruitfull a seed has to be sown by the law of nature. But as human being the seed you sows is your word & actions. By the way your seed(evil or good) determine the result you will get. If you sow good seed you will reap good fruits,but if you sow bad seed you will reap bad fruits.

Today in our society, a lot of people are on the fast lane. They don't want to sow good seed,nurture it & wait for the harvest time,they indulge in nefarious activities that leads to regrets. But few people are on the narrow gate sowing incorruptible seed.waiting patiently for the time of harvest.
