I was finally able to run a Facebook ads but the ad keeps displaying to international audience instead of Nigeria. Audiences that have no business with what I'm advertising.
I tweaked the ad and targeted states in nigeria and even excluded countries like US from my target but its the same

What might be the issue

Select Nigeria in the Geo category.

It easy go and fix the error in it

Just give it time then or probably there's something you're not doing right.

Under location, only include Nigeria in the above category and delete countries under excluded category.
