Hr Leverage is a Pan African Workforce Management meeting the staffing needs of her clients across Africa. We are currently recruiting for the role of an ACCOUNT OFFICER on behalf of our client in Oregun Ikeja.
JOB DESCRIPTION
o Analyze financial information and prepare balance sheets.
o Coordinate with management and staff to prepare budgets.
o Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and procedures, and federal and state regulations.
o Resolve account payable and receivable issues or queries.
o Accurately perform daily reconciliations of cash, check and credit card transactions, and tally and file invoices.
o Assist in financial and tax audits, and general ledger preparation.
o Prepare income tax returns and corporate reporting requirements.
o Develop monthly financial statements that include cash flow, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets.
o Complete end of month close procedures.
o Maintaining accounts receivable, document bills and supporting documentation
o Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
Requirements
o Must be male
o B.Sc / B.A in Accounting, Finance or relevant field and Qualifications (ACA, ACCA or ICAN) is a plus.
o Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen.
o Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
o 0 – 2 years proven experience as an account officer.
o Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. SAP).
Salary
N70,000 net
N100,000-120,000 after Confirmation
